The real estate sector of Spabo Group is organized through Spabo Eiendom AS and Spabo Næring AS. Spabo Næring AS and its subsidiaries primarily engage in the rental of office and retail spaces in Oslo. The company holds a dominant position in the shopping streets of Markveien and Thorvald Meyers gate in Grünerløkka and also offers office spaces in the same area, including the co-working concept SPACES. Spabo Eiendom AS and its subsidiaries are involved in the development and rental of residential properties in Oslo. The company's residential properties and apartment buildings in Oslo span from Vika and Frogner, through Bislet, Grünerløkka, and all the way to Tøyen.
They manage their own properties with a value of over NOK 4 billion. They had a turnover of approximately 200 million in rental income in 2024.
The company own more than 70 retail and restaurant premises in the shopping streets of Grünerløkka and Frogner, as well as 9 apartment buildings in Ålesund. They own and rent out around 350 apartments and 170 commercial areas. They have 13 employees.
